🌟 Volunteer Secretary Wanted 🌟
Would you like to help support one of the most important community facilities in our village? Our village hall is used almost every day and hosts a huge range of events including exercise classes, parties (both children and adults), literary events, weddings and so on. It is a vibrant and very important community hub.
We are looking for a friendly, organised volunteer to join our management committee as Secretary
The role includes:
📝 Preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes
📧 Managing committee correspondence and emails
📂 Maintaining records and key documents
🤝 Supporting the Chairperson and committee
🏡 Helping ensure the hall continues to thrive for the benefit of our community
No previous committee experience is required. Full support will be provided.
