The AGM of the Village Hall’s Management Committee shall be held in the Greater Hall (to facilitate social distancing) on the 29th November at 7.30. This important meeting shall include election/re-election of trustees, along with the members of the management committee and its four offices, of chair, treasurer, booking clerk, and secretary. The chairman and treasurer will present reports covering up to the end of our charity’s financial year, June 2021. This AGM shall be followed by an Open Meeting, which shall bring us up to the present time.
