On February 18th, we shall welcome back local historian John Wood, this time for a talk on ‘The Nightingales of Dryburgh (1786 – 1793)’. John will be talking about the Earl of Buchan’s attempt to naturalise nightingales on his Dryburgh Estate.
As always, there will be refreshments, snacks, newspapers to read, books to borrow, craic and companionship. No charge.
