Information for caretaker: Tables/Seating & Set Up: 4 x 6ft tables set up in 2 rows facing each other + 4 x 6ft tables for equipment set up Approx Number Attending: 16  

Information for caretaker: One small table just in front of the stage Two large tables with six chairs each and eight small tables with four chairs each, randomly put but nearer the stage end and not the clock end.

Information for caretakers: Seating & Set Up: Tables for 25 ish kids - probably use the small ones They are having a bouncy castle which will be provided and installed by the supplier
