Information for caretaker:
Three big tables up the right hand side of the hall, no chairs with these as they will be used to serve the buffet.
8 big table with 6 chairs each randomly placed.
We have 53 coming but as long as there are extra chairs we can use we can add them to the tables.
As long as there is space between the tables and in front of the ones serving food that would be fine
One small table in front of the stage for our entertainment.
