Who else feels they would like to improve their posture, core strength, eliminate back ache, feel fitter, more toned and have fun at the same time?
If you answered “yes” to any of these questions then my Pilates classes will help you achieve these goals and so much more…
All my classes are run in local communities with ample parking, where the people are friendly and you will always receive a warm welcome from not only myself but others in the group. Everyone fondly remembers their first time at class, and how far they have come since then. It’s a sociable fun hour, with time to enjoy relaxation in the Realistic Pilates classes, improve your bone density in the Buff Bones class, and perhaps enjoy a cup of coffee or lunch out with others in the group if your time allows afterwards.
My classes will give you some time for yourself to relax, reconnect with others, improve your core strength, tone up abdominals and other areas of your body that you had forgotten you had, improve your balance, co-ordination and flexibility. Many clients report that the classes help to alleviate stress and improve their sleep, as well as getting rid of niggling aches and pains. You will share the warmth and friendship of others in the class and walk out each week feeling taller. So if you want to continue to be the best fittest version of you, remain active for all that you currently love to do and more, feel energized and always holiday-ready, then why not join a class, and let Pilates become a new healthy way of life?
Just bring yourself, a mat, and some Pilates cushions (1 thin and 1 thick which you can order from “The Physical Company”; see the link is on my website page entitled “Useful Links”). These are for your comfort during the class, plus a theraband so you can enjoy stretching your muscles and improving your flexibility. You can wear whatever you feel comfortable in. I recommend your favourite loose comfortable clothing; layers are good if you feel the cold. An added luxury might be Pilates socks – the ones with the little grips on the soles of the feet, so your feet won’t slip on your mat if you don`t like working in bare feet.
Block booking is essential, and an Induction Session is required first if you have not done Pilates before. I look forward to welcoming you soon.
