The next Warmup, on the 20th December, will feature a talk by historian JOHN WOOD, who shall talk about the fact that, very often, ‘local’ history is actually national and even international, reaching far beyond the parish pump….. The talk will start at 10.30. This will be our last Warmup before Xmas, and we don’t have to finish at 12.30 since the hall is free for an hour or so after that. So, if people want to stay longer to chat, that’s fine – and, feel free to bring in Xmas treats, if you wish!
